REPLACEMENT EYEMUSE ONLY
What if customer receive wrong item/damaged lens/broken bottle? How about postage fee?
A) If receive wrong item : Take clear photo of lens received and whatsapp us immediately . We will give an address, Return the lens to us , Provide tracking number & Claim for replacement. Each side paying for own postage fee.
B) If receive damaged/torn/Broken lens : Take clear photo of lens . video should be okay too! And whatsapp us immediately. Claim for replacement. EyeMuse will be paying for own postage fee to resend.
C) Having eye irritation issue: Explain the condition, record (video) lens model & degree, provide the batch lot number (on lens label) and email to EyeMuse. Claim for replacement. EyeMuse will be paying for own postage fee to resend.
IMPORTANT!!: For replacement case, it should be informed within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
IMPORTANT!!: DO NOT throw the lens bottle. Cannot get lens replacement if you're unable to provide us the BATCH lot number (batch number is on bottle packaging sticker).
